I heard a voice calling me from downstairs. It’s mum. She wants to know why I came last in cross country. Mum stopped calling me when she heard me coming downstairs. Mum demanded to know why I came last. I told her that every year the older boys would hide my P.E kit so I had to run in my undies so that is why I'm always last. When I had finished mum was steaming. I was just leaving when I heard my dad's voice questioning why I only ate vegetables. I had to think of another story fast.
